The May 19th Transfer Gossip

Woo, and we’re back once again on our daily column. Got some stuff to do with Arsenal, Liverpool and Manchester United today, so let’s get cracking!

Liverpool Make Their First Signing For The Summer

No, it isn’t Marveaux. No it isn’t Hazard. But it is in fact Irish teenager Alex O’Hanlon. Well, if you’re anything like me, you will certainly be wondering who this prodigy is and how good he actually is. But apparently this kid has been likened to the ‘New Gareth Bale’. Now that’s some comparison, on his day, Bale can certainly beat any marker and make  him look like a fool.

But I guess it is in fact a move that should continue to pave Liverpool’s way back to at least the top 4, as this 15 year old will take the side forward alongside Liverpool’s current crop of youngsters. And Liverpool had to beat a lotta interest to sign this kid, apparently Arsenal, Chelsea and Everton were monitoring him.

Arshavin WILL Be Allowed To Leave in The Summer

Got a quick line here from The Guardian and it claims that Arsene Wenger will not get in the way of winger Andrey Arshavin leaving in the summer. Arshavin is surplus to requirements at the Emirates and it looks as if he will leave in the summer.

Among the interested clubs are Zenit St. Petersburg and Juventus. Apparently, Wenger has decided that their first XI wingers will consistently remain as Theo Walcott and Samir Nasri.

Three Signings for United

I am looking at maybe three signings which would boost our overall quality in our team.

Alex Ferguson

Well, in light of players aging and set to retire soon, Paul Scholes, Ryan Giggs, the already retired Gary Neville along with Van der Sar, it looks like Ferguson is going shopping in the summer.

Our Transfer Question of the day:

Who would you like to see joining Old Trafford come this summer?
