Wenger Set To Bring In 3 To Ease Fabregas Departure

Arsene Wenger is rumoured to be lining up an International trio of players in his bid to ease Fabregas’ departure over the coming summer transfer window.

The trio are long term targets Gary Cahill, Mamadou Sakho and Werder Bremen centerback Per Mertesacker. Sportingo reports that the money from Cesc Fabregas’ departure will be used to fund those transfers.

Gary Cahill and Per Mertesacker will provide security to the back four as Squilacci seems headed for the exit door and Sakho will be a defender for a future, being a potential future captain candidate, having been captain for PSG at a tender age of 21 years old.

Although as in previous transfer windows, Arsenal haven’t been the most productive of teams, so it remains to be seen whether Arsenal (or more in the case of Arsene Wenger) are willing to splash the cash in the summer.
