If rumours are true, AC Milan are preparing a massive bid for Arsenal’s French International, Samir Nasri. Nasri still hasn’t signed a long term contract with the gunners, so he might be open to offers
Ac Milan are reportedly interested in signing Arsenal winger Sami Nasri and are looking to make an offer for the French international. Arsene Wenger is unlikely to take any offers for the 23 year old but according to reports emerging from Italy, Massimiliano Allegri is keen on the former Marseille man and will look to lure the Emirates star to the San Siro this summer.
Nasri still has a refusal to extend the contract that he signed in 2008 when he joined the Gunners, thus making the Emirates outfit in some ways likely to lose their talented Frenchman. Arsenal are already in a transfer battle with Barcelona over their captain Fabregas, and another departure would hugely weaken the club.
The task of keeping big players over the years for Arsenal has been made problematic through the lack of silverware that can be won at the club. This year, Arsenal reached the League Cup final, the FA Cup quarter finals and the Champions League round of 16, only to be eliminated. Arsenal’s hope remains with the Premier League, which they are currently second in.
Allegri is looking to freshen up his attack and has earmarked a move for Nasri who has arguably been Arsenal’s most outstanding player this season.
