Arsene Wenger’s hunt for unknown stars across the globe continues after the Arsenal boss successfully signed Hertha Berlin’s 15-year-old star, Leander Siemann.

Arsenal completed the transfer after their £220,000 was accepted by Hertha Berlin. Meanwhile, Leander Siemann is set to pen in a 3 year contract for the club, a deal that will keep him at The Emirates until 2014.

Arsene Wenger and the rest of the Arsenal scouting team has been well-known around the world for their abilities to scout young talents. Thus, they will be hoping for their new teenage star to play a major role in Arsenal’s future days.

Frank Vogel, Leander Siemann’s coach in the Hertha Berlin U-16 team, has stated that the 15-year-old has the “strength to become a good player”. He later added :

Leander (Siemann) is very dynamic, robust and strong in the tackle.

    i hope arsene wenger should ignore this young talent but+focus on big signing big player

    Young players should play alongside senior players to learn much as he is buying youngstars he should sign complete players to challenge for honours.
